About BABL

Our founding story.

Stephanie Vandenberg has been an executive in advertising and technology for more than two decades.

But as she grew in her career, she realized one thing never changed: Women were noticeably absent from the rooms where deals were being made.

She saw countless powerful women doing incredible things. And yet they lacked the access to the connections and moments that elevate careers and deliver transformational opportunities.

BABL was born from this idea: That powerful women need a platform. They don’t need another support group or empowerment network. They need a place for fellow female operators to gather and advance each other’s access.

Today, BABL has grown into the prosperity platform for powerful women, with over two hundred members across the globe.
